Sales Tax Policy

We are required by law to collect applicable sales tax on orders based on the location of our store, as we only offer in-store pickup. The sales tax rate applied will depend on the store location in accordance with the tax laws of Washington or Oregon as applicable for each purchase, such as Washington’s destination-based sales tax regulations. Sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

Pickup Policy

We do not offer shipping. All purchases on our website must be picked up in person at our one of our store locations. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification with details on when your order will be available for pickup. Please bring a valid form of ID and your order confirmation to retrieve your purchase. Orders will be held for 7 days before being canceled if not picked up.

Refund/Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 90 days of the in-store pickup date. The product must be in its original condition and packaging for a full refund, less any applicable restocking fees. To initiate a return or exchange, please bring the item back to our store along with your proof of purchase.

Payment Security

We take your privacy and security seriously. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through a secure payment gateway in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements.
